Refund And Rescheduling Policy

No refunds on cancellation once payment is received.

Rescheduling is allowed only once per booking, within 2 weeks of the booking. 

Beyond this, it will be marked as an unexcused absence.

 

If the teacher needs to cancel, the lesson will be rescheduled (at no extra cost) as per the student's convenience.
